Gougere Competition
With the Guild des Goûteurs de Gougères
Whether you are an amateur or professional cook, take part in the gougère competition Fleurs de Vigne on Sunday 25 May in Auxerre.
The jury of the Gougère Tasting Guild will decide on the creations in 2 categories
“19th century gougère”: respecting the texture of traditional gougère
“21st century gougère”: which respects the taste of gougère but not necessarily its shape or texture
The perfect opportunity to mix tradition and creativity!
- 6 portions of 50gr at least each are to be deposited on the stand of the Guilde on Fleurs de Vigne on Sunday 25 May (see regulations below)
- Prize-giving on the same day at 5pm
